    Credits and consumption

One currency for chat, Briefs, syncs, and seats.

SIGNLD meters work in credits rather than charging per seat. Seats are unlimited on every plan, and you pay for the work the workspace actually does.

    Making credits predictable

    • Most workspaces spend the majority of credits on seats and syncs, not on chat.
    • Reduce spend by consolidating syncs rather than by asking fewer questions.
    • Set a soft limit for a warning and a hard limit to stop metered work before a surprise bill.

    Credit FAQ

What happens when credits run out?

You are warned as you approach the limit. When credits are exhausted, metered work pauses instead of overspending, and you can top up or upgrade.

    Do unused credits roll over?

Credits are allocated monthly and do not accumulate indefinitely. Top-up credits purchased separately remain available on the workspace.

Does adding a person increase the bill immediately?

No. Seats are free. A seat consumes 2.5 credits only on days it is actually used.

See plans and billing for top-ups and limits, or pricing for current plan prices.
