    Connecting Data

Read-only connections into the systems you already run.

SIGNLD connections are read-only. SIGNLD reads schema and rows so it can build your Knowledge Graph and trace answers back to source, and it never writes, updates, or deletes anything in a source system.

    What a data source is

    • One source system equals one connection. Two QuickBooks companies are two sources.
    • A manual upload set counts as a source on the Free plan.
    • Source count is what plan limits are measured against, not table or record count.

    Connector coverage

    • 800+ connectors across accounting, CRM, POS, field service, ecommerce, HR, PSA, and ITSM.
    • Premium connectors are powered by Fivetran, which is how long-tail and enterprise systems are covered.
    • Anything without a connector can still be brought in by manual upload.

    Free plan

The Free Forever plan is manual upload only, with two sources and manual refresh at weekly maximum. Live connectors start on paid plans. See plan limits.

    Connection FAQ

Can SIGNLD change data in my systems?

No. Every connection is read-only by design. SIGNLD requests read scopes only and never writes back to a source system.

How many systems should we connect first?

Start with two: your financial system and the operational system that argues with it. Most of the value comes from questions that cross those two.

What counts as one data source?

One source system instance. Separate companies, tenants, or stores in the same product each count as their own source.
