    Build a dashboard

Outcome: a saved, shareable view of one Topic.

SIGNLD leads with answers, not charts, but recurring numbers still deserve a place to live. A dashboard is a saved view of a Topic where every tile keeps its lineage.

    Steps

    1. 1

      Start from a Topic

Open the Topic whose metrics you want to display. The dashboard inherits its definitions.

    2. 2

      Pin the answers you re-ask

Ask the question, then pin the result. Pinned tiles keep their sources rather than becoming a static figure.

    3. 3

Group by decision, not by department

Order tiles the way the meeting runs, so the dashboard reads top to bottom.

    4. 4

Add one trend and one exception tile

A trend shows direction, an exception list shows who to call. Together they replace most reporting decks.

    5. 5

      Name and save it

Name it after the meeting it serves, for example Monday operations review.

    6. 6

      Share it with the workspace

Share within the workspace so viewers see current numbers with sources attached.

If a tile has not been looked at in a month, delete it. Dashboards fail by accumulation.
