    Workspaces and seats

A workspace is one company's Knowledge Graph, its connections, Topics, and members. Seats are unlimited, so the question is never who can afford access, only who needs it.

    Workspaces

    • One workspace holds the connections, the graph, the Topics, and the members for one business.
    • Plans apply at workspace level, so limits and credits are shared by everyone in it.
    • Holding companies and multi-entity groups can model separate entities inside one graph, so consolidated questions stay answerable.
    • Use separate workspaces only when the businesses genuinely should not see each other's data.

    Seats and metering

    ItemCost
    Seat$0, unlimited on every plan
    Active day per seat2.5 credits
    Inactive day0 credits

Seat metering makes cost follow usage rather than headcount.

    Workspace FAQ

How many people should we invite?

Everyone who reads the numbers. Seats are free, and a seat only consumes 2.5 credits on days it is used.

Can one workspace cover several legal entities?

Yes. Entities can be modelled inside one graph, which is how multi-entity and holding company questions get answered without exporting to a spreadsheet.

Can we restrict who sees financial Topics?

Yes. Access follows membership and permissions, so sensitive Topics can be limited to a smaller group.
