    Onboarding

What the first week looks like, and what you control.

SIGNLD does not wait for a modelling project. Once a source is connected, the graph builds itself in the background and proposes structure for you to confirm.

What happens after the first connection

    1. 1

      Schema and row read

SIGNLD reads tables, fields, and a sample of rows through the read-only connection. Nothing is written back to your systems.

    2. 2

      Proactive graph building

Entities such as customers, locations, invoices, and jobs are detected and resolved across systems, so the same customer in accounting and CRM becomes one entity.

    3. 3

      Proposals, not silent changes

Detected entities, metrics, and relationships are proposed for review. You confirm or correct them, and your corrections persist.

    4. 4

      First answers

You can ask questions before the graph is complete. Confidence and coverage improve as more sources connect and more proposals are confirmed.

    Week one checklist

    • Day 1: connect your primary financial system and one operational system.
    • Day 2: review proposed entities and fix any definition that does not match how you talk internally.
    • Day 3: create one Decision Topic tied to a decision you actually make monthly.
    • Day 4: turn one recurring check into a Risk Alert.
    • Day 5: invite the people who will read the Briefs.

    Beta

Proactive Knowledge Graph building is in beta. It proposes structure for confirmation, and a human confirms before a proposal becomes part of how answers are calculated.

    What you still control

    • Which systems are connected and which roles they use.
    • Every metric definition and business rule.
    • Who is in the workspace and what they can see.
