Plans and billing
SIGNLD bills by plan plus credits, never by seat. A plan sets your limits and monthly credit allocation, and credits meter the work the workspace does.
The plans
| Plan | Annual | Monthly | Credits per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free Forever | $0 | $0 | 50 |
| Plus | $25 / mo | $40 / mo | 100 |
| Growth | $333 / mo | $400 / mo | 600 |
| Business | $833 / mo | $1,000 / mo | 1,500 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom |
Annual rates are billed yearly. Prices of record live on the pricing page.
The credit model
- Credits meter chat turns, Decision Briefs, connector syncs, re-ingests, and active seat days.
- Seats are unlimited and free. A seat consumes 2.5 credits only on a day it is used.
- Full consumption table: see credits and consumption in the reference section.
Top-ups
- Buy additional credits at any time without changing plan.
- Top-up credits sit on the workspace and are consumed after the monthly allocation.
- If you top up every month, the next plan up is usually cheaper.
No surprise bills
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Soft limit | Warns workspace admins when consumption crosses a percentage you set |
| Hard limit | Stops metered work when the ceiling is reached, so the bill cannot run past it |
| Plan ceiling | Without a top-up, a plan cannot consume more than its allocation |
| Usage view | Shows consumption by operation type and by seat so overruns are explainable |
Metered work pauses rather than overspending. Compare plans on pricing, and see plan limits for what changes between plans.
Billing FAQ
Can we be charged more than we expected?
A plan cannot exceed its monthly allocation unless you buy top-up credits, and a hard limit stops metered work at a ceiling you set. Admins are warned before either point.
Do you charge per user?
No. Seats are unlimited on every plan. Activity is metered at 2.5 credits per active day per seat.
How do we change plans?
Change plan in workspace settings. Upgrades apply immediately with the new allocation, and confirmed definitions and Topics carry over.
