A question enters SIGNLD, is resolved against entities and rules in your Knowledge Graph, and comes back as a Decision Brief with lineage attached. These pages define each layer in that path.
The concepts
Knowledge Graph
The connected model of your business that answers are computed against.
Decision Topics
A named thing you are tracking, with its metrics and rules.
Decision Briefs
The answer format: finding, confidence, sources, recommended action.
Risk Alerts
A rule watched continuously instead of asked repeatedly.
Entities, metrics and rules
The nouns, numbers, and logic the graph is built from.
Data lineage
The path from a number in an answer back to its source rows.
How they fit together
- Connections supply rows. Entity resolution turns rows into entities.
- Metrics and rules give entities meaning that matches how you talk internally.
- A Decision Topic scopes a set of entities, metrics, and rules to one thing you are tracking.
- A question against a Topic returns a Decision Brief, and lineage makes it checkable.
- A rule you want watched becomes a Risk Alert.
