Connect Shopify

Outcome: Shopify connected with read-only access, first sync complete, and the entities matched to the rest of your graph.

Steps

   Open Connections and choose Shopify

   In your workspace, go to Connections, then Add connection, then search for Shopify.

   Authenticate with read-only access

   Admin API access token, read scopes. SIGNLD never requests write scopes.

3. 3

   Select what to read

   SIGNLD reads: Orders, line items, products, refunds, discounts, customers, payouts.

4. 4

   Confirm the first sync and entity matches

   Review the proposed entities once the first sync completes. Decide whether refunds and shipping belong in net revenue before your first Brief.

Notes

• The connection is read-only. SIGNLD does not write, update, or delete records in Shopify.
• Refresh cadence follows your plan. See refresh cadence for details.
• A sync consumes 1 credit per source per run.
