Connect ServiceTitan

Outcome: ServiceTitan connected with read-only access, first sync complete, and the entities matched to the rest of your graph.

Steps

1. 1

   Open Connections and choose ServiceTitan

   In your workspace, go to Connections, then Add connection, then search for ServiceTitan.

2. 2

   Authenticate with read-only access

   API client with read-only scopes. SIGNLD never requests write scopes.

3. 3

   Select what to read

   SIGNLD reads: Jobs, invoices, technicians, job costing, memberships, dispatch data.

4. 4

   Confirm the first sync and entity matches

   Review the proposed entities once the first sync completes. Job profitability depends on how labour burden is recorded. Confirm the metric definition.

• The connection is read-only. SIGNLD does not write, update, or delete records in ServiceTitan.
• Refresh cadence follows your plan. See refresh cadence for details.
• A sync consumes 1 credit per source per run.
