Connect Salesforce
CRM. Read-only connection.
Outcome: Salesforce connected with read-only access, first sync complete, and the entities matched to the rest of your graph.
Steps
- 1
Open Connections and choose Salesforce
In your workspace, go to Connections, then Add connection, then search for Salesforce.
- 2
Authenticate with read-only access
OAuth with a read-only profile. SIGNLD never requests write scopes.
- 3
Select what to read
SIGNLD reads: Accounts, contacts, opportunities, stages, owners, close dates, custom fields.
- 4
Confirm the first sync and entity matches
Review the proposed entities once the first sync completes. Confirm which stage counts as committed pipeline before building a revenue Topic.
Notes
- The connection is read-only. SIGNLD does not write, update, or delete records in Salesforce.
- Refresh cadence follows your plan. See refresh cadence for details.
- A sync consumes 1 credit per source per run.
