INTEGRATION
SIGNLD reads QuickBooks and HubSpot, joins them in the Knowledge Graph, and answers questions that neither system can answer alone. It is read-only. It does not sync records between the two and it never writes to either system.
Entity resolution matches each HubSpot company to its QuickBooks customer, so one customer is one entity even when the two systems spell the name differently. SIGNLD proposes the match and you confirm or correct it once.
| Sync connector | Spreadsheet export | SIGNLD | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What it does | Copies records between QuickBooks and HubSpot on a schedule. | Exports each system to a file that someone joins by hand. | Reads both systems, joins them in the Knowledge Graph and answers questions with sources. |
| Writes to your systems? | Yes. It creates and updates records in one or both systems. | No, but the export goes stale as soon as it is saved. | No. Read-only access. Nothing is written back. |
| Answers cross-system questions? | No. It moves data. Reporting still happens elsewhere. | Only after manual matching, and only for the snapshot exported. | Yes. Questions that need both systems return a Decision Brief with lineage. |
